Morris Graves Museum

Morris Graves was a world renowned artist who resided in Humboldt County from 1964 until his death in 2001. But shortly before his death the Humboldt Arts Council opened up the doors to the museum in 2001. The facility features 7 galleries, courtyard sculpture garden, the Humboldt Artists Gallery, museum store, classroom facilities, and performance rotunda. Located at 636 F Street in Eureka, admission is $5 for adults, $2 for seniors and students with a valid ID, and children under 17 are free.

Redwoods Art Association Gallery

Founded in 1954, and boasting over 250 artist members and supporters, this gallery promotes large art exhibits for its members year round. Beyond the exhibitions the gallery also features a multitude of guided courses for you to learn and enjoy. The association owns the gallery building and is located at 603 F st. in Eureka.

Kinetic Museum Eureka

Located at 518 A st. in Eureka, the Kinetic Museum is home to many of the past Kinetic Sculptures that have competed in the annual Kinetic Sculpture race in Humboldt county. Typically help every memorial day weekend, it's a great time for adults and kids alike. But if you happen to venture to town during any other time of year, at least you can go and check out some of the incredible sculptures and take a tour with their resident historian.

Old Town Outdoor Art Series

An eclectic array of murals and other art pieces that are spread around Historic Old Town in Eureka, between C st. and I st. and 7th st. and 1st st. Some can be viewed just from driving down the roads, while others are tucked away in alleyways and the nooks of some of the boutique shops and restaurants.

Arts Alive

On the first Saturday of each month, Old Town Eureka transforms into an all out Art extravaganza. With many local shops and restaurants turning into pop up galleries to exhibit local art works, live music, and vendors of all sorts getting involved. Arts Alive is a great event to enjoy during your visit with us.
